Arrival & Check-In

HavenHouse St. Louis is located at 3450 Park Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104.

  • Upon arrival, all guests will check in with staff at our front desk. Payment for your stay will be taken at this time. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Please bring your exact amount if paying with cash as we do not keep cash on site.

  • New guests will be asked to provide a photo ID, review paperwork, tour the house, and then be given keys to their room.

  • Returning guests will be asked to sign a reminder sheet and then be given keys to their room.

CHECK-IN
Any time after 2:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT
By or before 11:00 a.m.

There will be a fee for checking out late

Parking Information

If you’re heading east on Park Ave., the entrance to our facility is located just past S. Theresa Ave as marked on the map. We have two parking lots available for our guests to use during their stay. One lot is located directly in front of our house and the other is in the back. We ask that guests do not park in the adjacent lot as this is not our property.
