Arrival & Check-In
HavenHouse St. Louis has partnered with the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westport. During this partnership, our patients and families utilize rooms provided by DoubleTree, with access to all hotel amenities and additional support provided by the in-hotel HavenHouse St. Louis office.
CHECK-IN
Any time after 4:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT
By or before 11:00 a.m.
Upon arrival, check in with the hotel front desk. Provide the patient's name and a valid photo ID to get your room assignment and keys. Be sure to mention you are staying with HavenHouse St. Louis. If you arrive during our office hours, please stop by our office to say hello! Or, if you arrive after our office closes, stop by in the morning.
Payment is processed in the HavenHouse St. Louis office upon arrival. Payment is never taken at the hotel front desk or by hotel staff.
If you arrive after our office closes, payment will be processed before the office closes for the day. Any families who wish to change their payment method upon check-in must arrive before our office closes or call in an alternate payment method. If no changes are requested prior to arrival and office closure, the payment on file will be billed.
