Reservations & Referrals
We support patients and families who travel 25 miles or more to receive medical care in St. Louis.
Every guest at HavenHouse St. Louis is welcome to stay while they have an ongoing medical need and must return to or remain in St. Louis under the care of a St. Louis medical professional.
Here’s everything new and returning guests need to know:
HavenHouse St. Louis requires a referral form from a medical professional in the St. Louis area to book a reservation. We follow up with the referring partner and make contact with the patient once we receive the referral form.
Returning guests must book directly through HavenHouse St. Louis—not through DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Westport. Guests who book through the hotel will be charged the full hotel rate and cannot access HavenHouse programs. Referrals are good for 12 months.
Rooms are $65.00 per night. We charge no additional taxes or fees.
Credit/debit cards are used to hold rooms during the booking process.
No more than four guests may stay in each room. Exceptions may be made for an additional guest 4 years or younger. Additional rooms are required for guests with five or more occupants. The number of additional rooms may be limited by space and availability.
There must be at least one guest aged 21 years or older staying in the room.
To ensure the best stay possible, HavenHouse St. Louis staff will maintain contact with the patient, their family, caregivers, and their medical team should any additional needs arise.
