📚 Where we come from
Since its beginnings in 2005, HavenHouse St. Louis has provided full-service support to patients of all ages and conditions. Patients and their families are free to seek treatment from any St. Louis hospital without needing to overcome extra hurdles.
In that time, we've served more than 38,800 patients. Over 64,800 caregivers stayed alongside those patients. Together, that's nearly 104,000 people. We hope to help so many more!

HavenHouse St. Louis exists because every person deserves a healthy life, the best medical treatment possible, and an affordable place to stay even when treatment takes them away from home. It's our mission to provide the comfort of home and community of support to patients and their families who must travel 25 miles or more to St. Louis for medical care.
When you stay with HavenHouse, you stay with family.
Patients recover far faster when they're with their families than if they undergo treatment and recovery alone. Many years of experience and research support this idea. Yet, for families who must drive or fly hours away to get that treatment, that support network isn't always financially possible. We aim to keep families together when they need the support of their loved ones the most.
Patients and their families who stay with us aren't just clients or medical guests. They become our extended family. We want nothing more than to ensure their well-being. Our hearts are warmed to see them grow and recover year after year. We create a community of support that promotes healing and happiness.
Affordable and comfortable lodging, food to eat, and a safe place to rest are needed to create a strong foundation of support. By ensuring our families receive these necessities, we're giving them the framework to build a healthier and happier future.
🌎 Where we are now
HavenHouse is conveniently located in West County and is currently operating in partnership with theDoubleTree by Hilton Hotel St. Louis - Westport in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Our office is on the second floor. All of our guests are lodged in the same building, so staff support is just an elevator ride away.
Patients and their families may arrive for check-in anytime after 3 PM and are able to make reservations up to one year in advance.
